Olga Mirza

 Olga Mirza is an internationally recognized Ballet Master Teacher and Lecturer, with expertise in ballet pedagogy and teaching methodology.

She received her professional ballet training at the Belarusian State Ballet School (Minsk, Belarus) and joined the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theatre as a classical dancer and soloist prior to graduation. She later earned an Honor degree in ballet teaching and choreography from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy (Moscow, Russia), where she has worked since 2013.

In 2018, she became the senior teacher at the Faculty of Supplementary Education at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and began lecturing on “Methodology of Teaching Choreography” at the Faculty of Ballet Pedagogy. Over her tenure, she developed 8 proprietary ballet programs in collaboration with leading professors and led teacher training courses as the main teacher and academic advisor.

Olga’s contributions to the arts were recognized by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tuva, who awarded her Gratitude from the Parliament in 2018 for her work in advancing choreographic art. 

Olga is currently pursuing her PhD in Pre-professional Ballet Education and has published four scientific articles on ballet pedagogy and dance history.

Ms. Mirza served as a Pedagogical Advisor at the Royal Danish Ballet School in 2022-2023 (Copenhagen), where she contributed to the development of the educational syllabus for the Pre-ballet section. From 2021 until recently, she was Principal Teacher and, later, Vice Artistic Director at Tivoli Ballet School (Copenhagen), where she was responsible for teacher education and the development of a unified pedagogical system. During her time there, she created six educational programs that were integrated into the school’s curriculum.
