Justin Padilla

Justin is an alumnus of DKCBA and Westside Dance Project and trained under Dmitri and Jennifer Kulev, Jessie Riley, Krystal Matsuyama-Tsai, and Megan Guise. He has danced in the summers at Nederlands Dans Theater, Ballet BC, and Orsolina28. He has been training full-time at the John CrankoSchule since 2022 under Nicola Biasutti and Tadeusz Matacz. Justin has performed in contemporary and ballet pieces with the John Cranko Schule, the Stuttgart Ballet, DKCBA, Orange County Ballet Theater, and Westside Dance Project. He has also choreographed multiple solos for Prix de Lausanne applicants as well as pas de Deux, solos, and ensembles for Elite Classical Coaching in Texas where he teaches and choreographs as Guest Faculty.

Justin is the recipient of several awards and recognitions, including the Laguna Dance Festival: Young Artist Scholarship 2022, the Grand Prix award at YAGP in 2022 and the Youth Grand Prix award at YAGP in 2021, the Grand Prix winner in ballet in 2022 at Spotlight Music Center, and won national titles from NYCDA becoming National Male Teen Outstanding Dancer in 2021 and National Male Junior Outstanding Dancer in 2019. Justin is honored to be a part of this year’s Noverre: Young Choreographers 2025.
