The dance company Oltre was born from a project initiated by the Disability Council of the Municipality of Carrara, thanks to the dedication of “marble dancer” Alex Bordigoni and performer Elena Giarratana, and it has grown into an independent and thriving ensemble.

For years, Bordigoni has opened the doors of his dance school to young people with disabilities who dream of becoming dancers. What began as a tentative group has since evolved into a vibrant, dynamic company whose members confidently and seamlessly engage and dance with others on and off the stage.
