About
Soudainement ici is a choreographic work rooted in the present moment: that unpredictable spark in which bodies cross paths, brush against one another, and discover each other. It is within this fragile, often silent space that encounter is born.
The piece explores the tension between the ephemeral and the essential. An encounter may be direct, fluid, fragile, or disrupted, but it transforms us. We never emerge unchanged from an encounter, whether we wish to or not.

CREPUSCOLO
Choreography
Francesco Curci
Music
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Created
2022
Duration
6 minutes
Dancers
Lise Arola, Niccoló Colangelo
About
Crepuscolo is a poem in motion, a celebration of the final moments of love. Initially inspired by the farewell between Mozart and Constanze, this duet has become a hymn to all endings that unfold in light.
Through dance, the bodies do not tell the story of an ending, but rather the strength of an eternal bond. The movements become a final embrace, a last dance, a tribute to what has been.

INFINITE
Choreography
Lorena Nogal
Music
Meredith Monk and others
Created
2025 for the Cannes Jeune Ballet
Duration
3-minute excerpt
Dancers
Maria Agusti, Zoé Delbove, Serena Manara, Paula Navarro
About
Lorena Nogal, named Best Dancer in Spain in 2024, is also an assistant to Marcos Morau within La Veronal. For the 2025 edition of the Cannes Dance Festival, she created a performance specifically for the company’s dancers, inspired by the installations of Jean-Michel Othoniel.
Reimagined for the stage, the work becomes a vibrant choreography inspired by spirals, meanders, and infinite rings. The bodies become lines, chains, and links; they intertwine and unfold as beams of energy.

Ludwig Minkus
Duration
8 minutes
Dancers
Dahui Paek as Kitri, Suhyeok Bang as Basilio, Marie Ducrest as Mercedes
About
Brilliant in virtuosity and character, the Pas de Deux from Don Quichotte is a jewel of the classical repertoire. Taken from Act III of the celebrated ballet inspired by Cervantes’ novel, this excerpt celebrates the radiant union of Kitri and Basilio in an explosion of Spanish spirit.
For the 2025–2026 season, the Cannes Jeune Ballet includes this piece as a tribute to the energy of youth, the rigor of tradition, and the pure joy of dancing.
