A preview of Compagnia Bellanda's upcoming performance
When love moves, it doesn’t follow a straight line. It pulses, breaks, melts, resists. In AMOR, a Dance Invasion by Compagnia Bellanda, movement becomes a living tension—raw, tender, and defiant.
Dancers and choreographers Giovanni Gava Leonarduzzi and Lia Claudia Latini bring their powerful hybrid language to the streets of Pietrasanta in a site-specific preview of their upcoming performance. Trained in urban movement and expanded by years of experimental research, Latini and Leonarduzzi dismantle boundaries between genres, bodies, and what’s seen and felt.
Rooted in the physicality of breakdance and shaped by the depth of dance theatre, their duet transforms public space into a stage for intimacy and friction. It is a choreography of contrast: vulnerability meets resistance, design collides with instinct, and structure gives way to emotion.
AMOR isn’t just a fragment of a love story. It’s love as a state of motion.
